A note on Telehealth

Telehealth sessions allow you to access psychology support from the comfort of your own space. Sessions are conducted face-to-face via Zoom, and you will receive a secure Zoom link before your appointment. You can join from home, work, or any private location where you feel comfortable and can talk openly.

Benefits of Telehealth

• Access support from anywhere in Australia
• Save travel time and reduce stress around getting to appointments
• Often allows faster access to care and more flexibility with appointments
• Can feel more comfortable for some people being in their own environment

Things to Consider

Telehealth is not the right fit for everyone. Some people prefer in-person support, and for certain concerns or situations face-to-face care may be more appropriate. If Telehealth is not safe for a client, I will recommend an in-person referral.

When supporting clients through Telehealth, I also continue to collaborate with other healthcare providers involved in your care where appropriate (such as your GP or other treating professionals) to help ensure you receive well-rounded support, including providers who may be seeing you face-to-face.
